Can you deliver to the South Island?

Āe, to keep it affordable they are sent through NZ Post Standard mail on TUESDAY each week which takes up to 3 working days

Can you deliver Rural?

Āe, similar to the South Island orders they are sent through NZ Post Standard delivery

How long do the cookies last?

If they aren’t eaten within the first day haha, we recommend they are stored in an airtight container and eaten within 7 days of receiving the gift set. They can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months

What if I need to cancel or change my order?

We understand things can happen, please reach out to us through email on kapuandcookie@outlook.com. We will treat each order on a case-by-case basis and can not guarantee a refund

Can I put a pakihi (business) logo on the kapu?

Due to copyright laws we can only apply the print of a pakihi logo with the permission from the pakihi itself

Are the kapu dishwasher safe?

Āe, they are dishwasher safe. The prints are made with a permanent vinyl sticker and can withstand dishwashers. However when it comes to hand washing, we recommend gentle hand wash and avoiding the printed sticker area when using a scrubber as this could cause the print to come off

What if my kapu is broken during delivery?

We wrap each kapu individually with sustainable kraft paper or bubble wrap & tissue paper. The kraft paper is designed to protect the kapu similar to bubble wrap. If the kapu is damaged during delivery, please contact us on kapuandcookie@outlook.com. We may require proof of damage to provide a replacement or partial refund

Do you offer Gluten Free Cookies?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer Gluten Free Cookies but could in the near future

Can we order plain afghans?

Āe, we can have just chocolate on our afghans instead of walnuts or coconut. Please add this in the notes at the Check Out Cart

What ingredients are in your cookies?

We source our ingredients from the same local supermarkets as you probably do for your whānau shopping. If you'd like a breakdown of the Ingredients for each cookie, we have our Ingredients page located at the bottom of our page

SUMMER Delivery

**SUMMER WEATHER can be hot in Aōtearoa, NZ : Our cookies are not packed in insulated boxes or with ice packs. For warmer temperatures, we strongly recommend keeping a close eye on the tracking information and having someone available to receive the delivery

Do you include prices in gift sets?

Not to worry, we never include pricing or sender details in our gift sets. Only the personal message that is written and a pakihi card with details on kapu & cookie care
