Terms & Conditions
We pride ourselves on being a Māori Whānau Pakihi who offer personalised kapu with home-baked cookies. We like to keep things simple however there are a few terms & conditions that come with sharing these gift sets
All orders are subject to acceptance at our discretion. If we feel the kapu request goes against copyright laws or is unethical (which is rare) we will let you know and refund the cancelled order promptly
Our website theme uses PayPal as our online payment system and we rely on PayPal to keep your financial information secure. Your credit card information is not stored or captured at any time on our website or by us
Our prices do not include GST at the moment however this is subject to change as our pakihi grows
All accepted orders will be shipped via NZ Post through either overnight or standard courier. This is to ensure your cookies are received as fresh as possible from our kitchen. Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason the courier is unable to deliver your order safely, you will receive an email notification and redelivery must be made directly with NZ Post
On the rare occasion that an order is damaged or doesn’t meet the requirements of what you ordered, please email us on kapuandcookie@outlook.com. We will deal with each order on a case-by-case basis and may require photo proof
All accepted orders are final and we do not accept cancellations, refunds or returns. We ship orders based on the order submitted, so please make sure you check your order details and address
Our cookies are home-baked without additional preservatives and are packaged in resealable bags. We do recommend they be eaten within 7 days of receiving the order and stored in an airtight container. Keep this time-frame in mind when ordering ahead for a gift or special occasion. They can also be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months
As a Māori whānau pakihi, we are on our own Reo Māori and Te Ao Māori journey. If we make any mistakes with our content, spell words incorrectly or go against any tikanga Māori practises, this is not intentional at all. We are open to and appreciate receiving feedback through our email on kapuandcookie@outlook.com
